have just got home from SUHT after valve replacement and aortic root. Mr Livesey saved my life twice, performing the op and then dealing with the problem that I experienced after surgery.
SUHT are very professional and very caring both myself and my wife.
If you are going for cardio surgery at SUHT you will be in excellent hands.

i have had Mr Livesey operate on me twice now,once in 1998 and again in 2006 . in 1998 i was very seriously ill and would of died if it wasn't for him. The staff are fantastic too ! excellent care in all aspects !

Excellent communication. Very flexible in terms of appointment. An acknowledged national expert in his field. The surgery and aftercare went according to plan with no surprises or complications. The Hospital service in Southampton was also beyond reproach.
